We know all the adjusters are busy but the adjusters should file a report with the insurance carrier and provide you with a loss summary identifying scope and amount of damaged property.

Loss summaries are difficult to interpret. Let our specialist review your report providing any needed explanations to ensure proper scope and compensation accuracy. Complete agreement between homeowner and contractor authorizing work to be performed and terms.

Project Completion...

Inform your Carter Roofing, Siding & Windows, Inc. representative when materials have been delivered. Your representative will inventory your shipment for accuracy. Your work will then be scheduled to be completed in a professional and timely manner with you being kept informed as to actual dates and times.

Terms...

Payment is expected upon completion of each trade where multiple trades are involved. Again there are no out of pocket expenses incurred by the homeowner.
